Mute, Still, a solo exhibition by Lee Jin Hee, will be on view at HORI ART SPACE from October 15 to 31.
In observing and painting familiar objects such as flowers and bottles, the artist follows the moments in which the scene before her gradually shifts. Layered colors and forms, together with delicate brushwork, come together as a single scene while leaving multiple layers of painterly traces within it.
We invite you to experience Lee Jin Hee's paintings, where familiar objects meet the colors and forms that accumulate on the canvas.
